Due to the instant nature of AI-generated roasts and digital credit delivery, all credit pack purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for credit packs or consumed credits. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent roast delivery after credits were deducted, please contact support within 48 hours for assistance.
